Phaedon has over a decade of experience in technology orientated executive search projects. Founding Mitchellake Consulting in July 2001 (Sydney, Melbourne, San Francisco & Hobart), Phaedon has worked with a mix of leading venture funded technology companies, commercialisation institutes and leading fortune 500 companies. Some of these include Microsoft, NineMSN, Betfair, NICTA, MooterMedia, and Facilitate Digital.
Prior to founding Mitchellake Consulting in 2001, Phaedon was based in London with Nicholson International (top 10 global search firm with 32 offices in 26 countries). At Nicholson International Phaedon specialised in technology based executive search projects with clients such as General Electric, Colt Telecom and GTS across Europe.
Phaedon has a double major in International Relations and an Honours degree in Chinese Politics.
Phaedon was has also been responsible for the creation of Genos, www.genos.com.au the worlds leading provider of EI assessments and consulting and Innovationbay, www.innovationbay,com, Sydney’s leading executive networking forum for entrepreneurs within the technology market.
