Charles Lindop

Charles is a principal of investment banking firm KTM Capital. Charles' "day job" focusses on tech sector IPO's and m&a but he also assists the ICT and Digital Media community on a voluntary basis, including Non Exec Director and Treasurer for the AIIA (Australian Information Industry Association) and a co-chair of the Pearcey Foundation.

From 2001 to 2006 Charles established a range of incubator programs for ATP Innovations, at the time Australia’s largest technology business incubator and owned by 4 of Australia’s leading research universities (ANU, UNSW, Sydney and UTS).

Prior to this Charles was involved in GSTpay, an aborted cloud platform for GST lodgements that included TinShed, Ernst and Young and Solution 6 as backers.

During the 1990′s Charles established successful tech businesses for Hitachi Data Systems and United Customer Management Solutions covering smart cards solutions to the financial services industry, CRM & data warehousing solutions to top 100 corporations, and business process outsourcing solutions to utilities and the financial services industry.

Charles has also held a number of executive positions at Hewlett-Packard, SAP Software and Unisys. He is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a gold medallion lifesaver and a member of Avalon and Palm Beach Surf Lifesaving Clubs.
